Bus Parking
For field trips and group tours, complimentary bus parking is available in the bus lot on Bowie Street (via Market Street from 1-35 and Commerce Street from 1-37).

Lunch Options
Groups may reserve outdoor picnic areas at the museum. As space is limited, the museum asks that you reserve these spaces in advance. Indoor lunch facilities are not available.
Chaperone Requirements
For the safety of your students and the enjoyment of other guests, the museum requires that student groups be accompanied at all times by an appropriate number of adult chaperones or teachers. Chaperones and teachers are encouraged to ask their students to behave appropriately and be mindful of other guests visiting the museum. Chaperone requirements are based upon the age of the students.
Pre-K - Kindergarten
The museum requires a chaperone-to-student ratio of 1:5 for Pre-K through Kindergarten classes. For every five (5) students, there must be one (1) adult chaperone or teacher actively monitoring the group. The museum is pleased to extend complimentary admission to these adult chaperones and teachers using the 1:5 ratio. For example a field trip including fifty (50) students will enjoy complimentary admission for ten (10) adult chaperones or teachers. A group of twenty-seven (27) students will enjoy complimentary admission for five (5) chaperones. Additional adults are asked to pay regular museum admission price.
Grades 1 - 12
The museum requires a chaperone-to-student ratio of 1:10 for grade levels 1 - 12. For every ten (10) students, there must be one (1) adult chaperone or teacher actively monitoring the group. The museum is pleased to extend complimentary admission to these adult chaperones and teachers using the 1:10 ratio. For example a field trip including fifty (50) students will enjoy complimentary admission for five (5) adult chaperones or teachers. A group of twenty-seven (27) students will enjoy complimentary admission for two (2) chaperones. Additional adults must pay regular museum admission prices.
