Do you have what it takes to be a Texas pioneer? Come see for yourself! Texas Trails and Tales brings early 19th century Texas to life with traditional costumes and character performers. Use homemade soap to wash clothes in the log house. Attend class in our one-room schoolhouse. Try roping. Even enlist in the Cavalry! Your whole family will enjoy the event. This summer, don't just read about Texas pioneer life—live it—at the Institute of Texan Cultures!
