Is there a dish your family makes that just isn’t as good anywhere else? Have you ever thought about what you would serve at a banquet that was all about you?
People have shared and learned about culture through food for centuries, and recipe books are one of the easiest ways to do that! Join us at the ITC on November 12 and make your own bound booklet to memorialize your favorite recipe—or just write about how much you love eating it! Material kits will be available to attendees who RSVP.
Join us before the workshop for a tour of some of the ITC’s tastiest exhibits!
Guests are encouraged to check in early, as the workshop will begin with an 11 a.m. introduction activity on the main exhibit floor, before convening in the first-floor classroom. There will be a scheduled break for refreshments and guests are encouraged to bring a sack lunch. Vending machines are available.
